Tracy Rose-Russell

Operations Manager

Tracy is the Operations Manager for Rose Ag dealing with the operation of the business, overseeing client requirements, the organisation of work, and the management of staff. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Canterbury University.
 
Tracy has been scheduling staff & machinery during the grape harvest since 1999 and has ensured harvests have run smoothly ever since, having experienced many a challenging season, well before the benefit of gps technology was available.  After returning from overseas travel in 2001 she joined Rose Ag on a permanent basis.
 
Tracy is married to Mike and with two sons, Niko and Eddie. She has always enjoyed the equestrian scene and is still riding in shows while being the Treasurer for Marlborough Equestrian Park.
