Tim Rose

Director

Tim has been more actively involved in the business since 2018 after returning to NZ. Originally trained as a valuer, he obtained his registration in Blenheim valuing a wide range of properties including residential, commercial to vineyards and many of the local wineries.

After some time in London working in various property advisory roles, Tim moved to Dubai in 2004 and was based there for 14 years most of time leading a real estate property fund that ultimately listed on the Nasdaq Dubai Exchange. 

Tim is based in Wellington with his wife Julia and their 3 kids, commuting to Blenheim enjoying the balance of city and rural life. Tim is also involved in several governance roles including the Board of NZ Winegrowers and Chair of Seasonal Solutions, a RSE business.

Tim is an avid cricket follower, cycling and involved with his kids sports, plus studying WSET level 3 in wines.
